Premier Arts: The Gift – A New Musical

Celebrating the 1924 Grand Opening of the Lerner Theatre is at the heart of this original musical by Premier Arts Executive Artistic Director Craig Gibson and Grammy Award Winning Musician Juan-Carlos Alarcon. Loosely based on the O’Henry Holiday Classic, “The Gift of the Magi,” our story will explore the Magic of Christmas on Elkhart’s Main Street; as an excited community awaits the opening night of Harry Lerner’s new Theatrical Palace on the corner of Main and Franklin!
Thanks to the generosity of the Elkhart County Convention & Visitor Bureau, the City of Elkhart, and Friends of The Lerner, we are proud to present The Gift as a FREE ticketed event. It is our honor to share The Gift as a true gift to the community!
This is a free event, but guests will need to reserve tickets ahead of time at The Lerner Theatre Box Office in-person or over the phone.

Patron bags exceeding 14 inches by 14 inches by 6 inches (14” x 14” x 6″) are not permitted inside The Lerner. The term “bags” includes, without limitation, backpacks, briefcases, luggage, duffel bags, musical instrument cases, purses, boxes, packages and carry-alls.
All bags are subject to search at the discretion of management and/or security personnel. Exceptions are made for bags used to carry medical equipment and diaper bags for customers with small children.
Guests with prohibited items will be turned away from the entrances to return items to their vehicles or to dispose of them.
No storage or “check in area” will be provided for prohibited items. Lerner management reserves the right to deny any item it deems to be a safety hazard.
