Mark Benson as John Lennon
Mac Ruffing as Paul McCartney
Tom Work as George Harrison
Bobby Potter as Ringo Starr
- Mark Benson and Gary Grimes (The Original Paul) together with Tom Work and Greg George started “1964”…The Tribute.
- Mac Ruffing is actually right handed and learned to play the bass left handed to more accurately portray Paul.
- As Mark Benson likes to mention on stage, they thought the Beatles gig would last for only a few lunch time shows, they never thought it would have lasted 20+ years.
- Mark is also a guitar luthier and maintains all of the instruments. His 2 Rickenbacker 325s are custom made by him and contain customizations to more closely resemble and sound like the original Lennon guitars.
- Tom Work can both guitar parts of “And Your Bird Can Sing”….at the SAME TIME!
- 1964 has played to SOLD OUT shows at Carnegie Hall, and Red Rocks many times.

Patron bags exceeding 14 inches by 14 inches by 6 inches (14” x 14” x 6″) are not permitted inside The Lerner. The term “bags” includes, without limitation, backpacks, briefcases, luggage, duffel bags, musical instrument cases, purses, boxes, packages and carry-alls.
All bags are subject to search at the discretion of management and/or security personnel. Exceptions are made for bags used to carry medical equipment and diaper bags for customers with small children.
Guests with prohibited items will be turned away from the entrances to return items to their vehicles or to dispose of them.
No storage or “check in area” will be provided for prohibited items. Lerner management reserves the right to deny any item it deems to be a safety hazard.
