Tour Policies
  • Tours will begin at the Box Office entrance on the corner of Main Street and Franklin Street.
  • Please arrive ten minutes before your scheduled tour time.
  • Food and beverage are prohibited during the tour.
  • Tours are approximately an hour-long walking tour that includes several flights of stairs. (Accommodations available if needed. Please advise the theatre at the time of tour booking.)
  • Restrooms are available to tour guests inside the theatre.
  • Guests must remain with the tour group at all times.
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • The Lerner reserves the right to deny admission or remove from the tour anyone who conducts themselves in a manner that disrupts the experience of other patrons.
  • The Lerner is an operating facility with a busy event schedule. Access to certain areas of the theatre is subject to event schedules.

Join us on a tour of The Lerner and hear the stories of the people who made their impact on this century-old jewel of downtown Elkhart. Take in the details of the hand-painted “mushroom” chandelier, the meticulously reproduced architecture, and the state-of-the-art upgrades.

Guided tours of The Lerner are available by reservation only, Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm.

Schedule and access to certain areas of the theatre is subject to change due to event schedules.

 

TOUR TICKETS

Tour tickets are $10 per person. Cash, check, or credit cards are accepted.

Proceeds benefit The Lerner Volunteer Program.
Tours may be paid for at The Lerner Box Office in advance or upon arrival (advance reservations required).
