Late Night Live! Free Concert featuring Derek Jones
Wednesday, September 9 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pmFree
After completing his service to our country in the United States Navy from 1999-2003, Iraq war veteran and Hartford City, IN native Derek Jones picked up a guitar and never looked back. Since then he has been filling the bars and honky-tonks throughout the Midwest & Midsouth.
With his distinctive signature-vocals and a music style that’s country-rock with an outlaw lifestyle, Derek Jones has captivated audiences nationwide while sharing the stage with artists such as Billy Ray Cyrus, Charlie Daniels, Dwight Yoakam, Trace Adkins, Jo Dee Messina, Joe Nichols, Alabama and Jamey Johnson, among others. In 2015, Derek was invited to step into “The Circle” and duet with Billy Ray Cyrus at the Grand Ole Opry. Derek released his sophomore EP “Pray” in March of 2018 and it topped the Amazon Charts at No.1 and No.7 on the iTunes Charts. A new EP, recorded in Nashville in late 2019, is due out later this year.
